Creating a Diverse and Inclusive Workplace: Employee Resource Groups

We are proud of our Employee Resource Groups (ERG’s), each of which creates meaningful space for employees to gather around shared experiences and interests. Our ERG’s provide BSE employees with the opportunity to voice challenges and solutions and to brainstorm new forms of internal engagement.

BSE employees currently organize seven ERG’s: Abled and Disabled Associates Partnering Together, Asian Alliance, Black Alliance Network, Hispanic + Latinx Alliance, Parents and Caregivers Empowerment Network, Pride and Women’s Impact Network. We welcome employee ideas for new initiatives and groups.
