And it’s the home of Feat. On Flatbush, a bright, flexible pop-up space located right within Barclays Center, featuring floor-to-ceiling windows and direct street access. It’s a place to find the latest merchandise from our arena partners, and it’s also a place for you.

Where is the Featured on Flatbush space?

The pop-up shop is street facing and located along the south side of Barclays Center on Atlantic Avenue, right next to our existing Swag Shop.

What are the dimensions of the space?

Roughly 900 square feet.  The space also has a restroom and storage closet.

How much does it cost to rent the space?

Our rates our variable based on the type of organization and the length of an activation. Please fill out and submit the online inquiry form for additional rate information.

Are there any expenses in addition to rent?

There is a fee for cleaning the space post-event. For some events, security will be required. Barclays Center will provide the housekeeping and security staffing, at cost to the vendor.

Will I need any permits, licenses, or proof of insurance to host my pop-up?

We ask that vendors be incorporated, a limited liability company, or 501(c)(3). Certificates of insurance will be required when renting the space.

What equipment/technology comes with the space?

The space comes with a variety of wall fixtures and stand-alone racks, most typically utilized for apparel. Wi-Fi is provided.

Can the store front by modified?

Yes. Barclays Center will provide rules and regulations for store front modifications to all vendors.

How long can I activate my pop-up?

Preferred maximum time for rentals is two weeks. Additional time can be negotiated. All rental times are subject to modification based on large scale events scheduled within the venue.

What are the hours of operation?

Typically, hours of operation are 11am-6pm. If a vendor wishes to extend open/closing times, security may be required, at cost to the vendor.

What’s the average foot traffic I can expect?

On event days, foot traffic can range from 5,000-18,000. On non-event days, traffic varies, though the space is centrally located with the Atlantic Ave/Barclays Center subway station serving as a hub for 11 train lines and the LIRR.
